Well the weathe…

15 Jun

Well the weather has been disappointing for paddling so far, but there have been some beautiful days if you’ve been luck enough to get out onto the water for them.  Make time for a paddle when the sun is shining and the weather is warm.  There’s plenty of time to stay inside and watch TV or work on your favourite recipe when the cold comes in and the snow flies.  Paddling courses are scheduled now, go to our Facebook page for more information: http://www.facebook.com/SaskatoonPaddlingSchool

SASKATOON PADDL…

14 May

SASKATOON PADDLING SCHOOL’s mission is to put more people on the water. This city has one of the most beautiful rivers in the world running right through it: clean cool water with sandy beaches under the warm prairie sun. It should be filled with paddlers for as far as the eye can see on any nice day, but sadly it is not. The Saskatoon Paddling School aims to put more people from Saskatoon and area on the water for some good clean healthy fun. Anyone can paddle, and we want to help more people try it out.  We are an organization of paddling instructors and businesses working together to promote paddling and paddling culture.  Anyone can be involved in the Saskatoon Paddling School, as an instructor, student or both.  We organize group and private lessons, and can help put you together with an instructor for more advanced paddling instruction.  Paddling is for everyone, and we want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to try it out.  So welcome to our blog and discussion board.  We look forward to meeting you out on the water.
